Order Information
General
Please note that due to stock, image quality & creative freedom, your order may deviate slightly from the original images found on our website.
We endeavour to create each order to the highest standard and hope you will be happy with the end result created specifically for you.
Turnaround Time
We are currently working to a 6 week turnaround time between placing your order and your order being dispatched.
We encourage you to order as far in advance as possible due to avoid disappointment.
During busy seasonal periods, your order will be created based on the date specified on the product.
Rush Fee
Should you require your order to be dispatched in less than 14 days, you will need to include the rush fee to your basket. This means that your order will be prioritised and created ahead of our usual turnaround time.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns nor offer refunds once an order has been created.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full at point of checkout. An order is not confirmed unless full payment has been received in advance.
We accept all credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Postage
We ship all items using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Unfortunately once products have left us, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages as a result of the Royal Mail service.
